Refund policy
Domestic U.S. Return Policy
-Our return policy permits returns/exchanges via OUT electronic gift card within 14 days of receipt of returned item. We do not process returns for reimbursement back to the original form of payment.
-All items sold at a discounted rate are FINAL SALE.
-Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to “Final Sale” items, international orders, accessories, and any discounted items).
-Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes (including, but not limited to: address changes, adding / removing items, adjusting sizes ordered, honoring a discount code, canceling an order, etc).
-Discount codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.
-Special promotional or discount codes cannot be applied to completed orders. After an order is confirmed, we are unable to refund or honor promo codes.
-PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. OUT FASHION LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS.
-For U.S. returns, customers will be granted an OUT electronic gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for the OUT electronic gift card processing upon receiving returned item(s).

Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged item in the mail, please contact info@out-us.com within 14 days of your order being delivered. Include information regarding the damage. You will receive a response within 3-5 business days of receiving your email.
International Orders
-All international orders are final sale and are ineligible for a return / exchange. If you have an issue with your international order, please contact our customer service team at info@out-us.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. You will receive a response within 3-5 business days of us receiving the email.
-Important: Duties and/or customs are not included in our prices. The duties / customs fees associated with your order are considered non-refundable by OUT FASHION LLC. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a refund.
